The project aimed to optimize the mobile and desktop shopping experience for NIKIN’s e-commerce store, focusing on improving usability, streamlining interactions, and enhancing responsiveness.

Implementing a Sticky “Add to Cart” Button

One of the key updates we made was adding a sticky “Add to Cart” button to NIKIN’s product pages on mobile. This means that as a user scrolls through a product’s details, the button remains visible at the bottom of their screen. Shoppers can easily add items to their cart without having to scroll back up.

We also made sure that the button allows users to adjust their selected product options, like size and color, without having to leave the page. A handy preview of the product is always shown next to the button for added clarity and confidence.

Sticky “Add to Cart” Delivers Results

We’re thrilled to report that the sticky “Add to Cart” button is performing exceptionally well. In just 15 days since its implementation, NIKIN has seen a 5.92% increase in revenue compared to the original variation without the sticky button.

This significant boost in revenue demonstrates the effectiveness of this mobile optimization in driving sales and improving the user experience.

Streamlining Collection Page Shopping

In addition to the sticky button, we implemented a quick-add feature on NIKIN’s collection pages. Before, mobile users had to navigate to a product’s full details page to add it to their cart. Now, they can simply tap a quick-add button to select options and add products to their cart instantly, right from the collection page.

This update makes browsing and purchasing much more efficient, as shoppers don’t lose their place in the collection when they find an item they want.

The Results: A Seamless Mobile Experience

Our team was thrilled to help NIKIN enhance their mobile store’s user-friendliness. By keeping the “Add to Cart” button ever-present and enabling quick additions from collection pages, we were able to create a shopping experience that truly caters to the needs of mobile users.

These updates not only improve usability but also help reduce cart abandonment by removing common obstacles in the mobile buying journey. We’re proud to have played a part in NIKIN’s ongoing efforts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
