The Challenge

Our journey with this project was both interesting and exciting. We began by developing a landing page to capture user contact information and setting up Klaviyo flow to engage users and drive conversions.

During our initial work and store analysis, we identified several key challenges that the client was facing: not optimized product page, inflexible diamond selection, not structured cart, product page speed loading. 

Our continued work focused on resolving these challenges through:

UX Optimization
Enhanced the product pages to create a more seamless shopping experience. We implemented a structured, more intuitive design to improve navigation and boost user engagement.
 
Integration with Nivoda
Collaborated with Nivoda’s development team to integrate and customize the “Add diamond” feature, ensuring it matched the store’s modern and cohesive visual style.
 
Cart Page Revamp & UX Optimization
Introduced an upsell section on the cart page to encourage additional purchases and restructured the cart to enhance clarity and usability.
 
Product Page Speed Optimization
Optimized the performance of product pages to improve loading times and enhance the overall user experience.
 
Reviews Migration
Facilitated a smooth migration of product reviews to the new platform, maintaining the visibility of customer feedback.
 

Our work on the Nivoda app integration deserves particular recognition. We completely redesigned the diamond selection feature, replacing it with a new, streamlined functionality. Now, when a user clicks the “Add Diamond” button, they’re directed to a refined diamond catalog that displays various characteristics and parameters.

To enhance the user experience, we incorporated pre-selected filter retention and customized the interface to align seamlessly with the site’s overall look and feel. This tailored approach ensures a smoother, more intuitive experience for users while maintaining design consistency throughout the platform.

This comprehensive approach has helped Lisa Robin deliver an improved and enhanced shopping experience for its customers.

The results

The improvements we implemented resulted in a significant increase in revenue and overall customer satisfaction. By incentivizing customers to spend more through tier logic, providing an easy-to-use PDP, and customizing third-party Apps, we were able to deliver a seamless shopping experience that improved the bottom line for our client’s business.
