The Challenge

While the Barry M team is consistently dedicated to enhancing their store independently, our primary mission was to provide an external perspective, scrutinize the existing functionality and capabilities, and suggest untested solutions aimed at boosting store performance and increasing conversion rate. Our role was to offer fresh insights and innovative ideas that might not have been explored within the team, contributing to ongoing improvements in the online shopping experience.

The collaboration has resulted in several significant improvements to Barry M’s online store, including a comprehensive update of the side cart and the implementation of a multi-stage logic system for free delivery, promo code management, and free gift promotions.

Optimization efforts have been directed at key elements of the website that impact conversion rates, with enhancements made to collection pages and the improvement of features like quick purchase and add-to-cart buttons.

Moreover, custom modifications have been made to the promotions functionality, allowing for separate control of primary communication banners on both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, a tailored logic system for selecting delivery methods has been successfully integrated.

This “always on” partnership between Barry M and Thails reflects a commitment to enhancing the online shopping experience for customers and optimizing the functionality of the e-commerce platform.
