E-commerce makes the world go round, and we’re looking for a sharp content creator to help us share our story and showcase our work with the world.

About Us

Thails is a fully remote Shopify agency, born this way (c*vid didn’t make us do it), with our HQ in Amsterdam. We work with brands across Europe and the US—no borders on our support, but a clear focus on the Shopify ecosystem.

We redesign and build websites for growth, optimize conversion rates, and support brands like Absolut Elyx and Gooseberry Intimates with all things Shopify. Our team of six is close-knit, ambitious, and loves working with brands that want to stand out.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels (especially LinkedIn).

• Write and refine case studies that tell the story behind our client projects and impact.

• Craft blog posts that bring value to e-commerce brands and follow SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with partners on co-branded content, interviews, and joint campaigns.

• Support and optimize the visibility of our services through written content, both on our website and across other channels.

• Occasionally support internal marketing campaigns or email content when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating marketing content, ideally in the e-commerce or tech space.

• Strong writing and editing skills in English (native or near-native).

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

• Bonus points if you understand Shopify and/or agency life.

• Available within CEST time zone working hours (fully remote and flexible schedule).

• We’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
