The Challenge

As Guru Energy’s presence and product range expanded, so did the need for a website experience that reflected the brand’s bold, modern identity and commitment to quality. The existing Product Page and navigation were no longer aligned with the brand's visual direction or user experience goals. Additionally, the cart experience lacked strategic upselling opportunities, limiting the brand's ability to increase average order value.

Developed an interactive, visually striking product gallery, styled according to the approved mockups, ensuring product imagery stands out and drives engagement.

Other Flavors Section
Leveraging product metafields, we implemented a dynamic section showcasing related flavors from a specific collection, encouraging product discovery.

Options for Subscription and One-Time Purchase.
Three customizable icon blocks (image + text) managed globally via the Theme Customizer, empowering the Guru team to update messaging effortlessly.

Accordion product description & Table of Nutrients
A fully editable accordion system built using new product metafields, giving Guru the flexibility to present detailed product information, FAQs, or ingredient details in an organized, collapsible format.

Designed and developed based on provided assets, the tof Nutrients dynamically displays detailed nutritional information using structured metafields, enhancing transparency and customer trust.

Navigation & Menu Redesign
A clean 2×2 grid layout dynamically populated from Header blocks.

Device-Specific Menus: Independent menus for desktop and mobile, allowing Guru to fine-tune the navigation structure for each platform.Menu items pull content based on link type or Theme Customizer settings, offering full flexibility.

Dynamic Cart Upsell Recommendations
Leveraging Shopify and existing product collections, the cart displays contextually relevant product suggestions based on the current cart contents. The upsell component was styled to match Guru’s updated site design, maintaining visual harmony and brand consistency.

The comprehensive PDP, navigation, and cart upgrades have transformed the Guru Energy online experience. Shoppers now enjoy an intuitive, visually engaging interface that reflects the brand’s bold, clean identity. Product information is clearer, navigation is simplified across devices, and subtle upsell opportunities help drive increased basket sizes.
