The Challenge
As Impossibrew expanded its product range — introducing multiple flavors, bundles, pack sizes, and subscription options — its purchase flow became fragmented. Customers were navigating several product pages, each with different layouts, offers, and calls-to-action. This resulted in difficulty comparing product types, sizes, and subscription benefits. A heavy maintenance with updates needing to be made across multiple templates.
The Journey
To solve these challenges, we redesigned the purchasing flow around a single, optimized Buy Experience, backed by a fully modular configuration system.
Key Areas of Improvements
1. Unified Buy Experience

Consolidated all previous product pages and subscription pages into a single, streamlined “Buy” page.

Optimized the journey for mobile users, where a majority of Impossibrew’s customers browse and purchase.

This shift transformed the buying process from multi-step to one clear, high-converting path.
2. Modular Buy Box Component
At the heart of the new experience is the Buy Box component, designed as an interactive, reusable block that holds every key purchasing control:

Flavour / Bundle Tabs: Customers can switch between product types instantly.
- Quantity & Size Selector: Pack sizes update dynamically with:
- Tiered savings
- Price per unit
- Messaging for free shipping or best value

Custom Subscription widget: Clear toggle for one-time vs. recurring purchase, with subscription benefits highlighted.

Reward Selector (Subscriptions Only): Conditional logic that reveals reward options (e.g., free gift product) based on pack size or subscription type.
This modularity ensures both a premium brand experience and a scalable development approach.
3. Dynamic Configuration System
We developed a centralized configuration framework:

All pack sizes, prices, savings calculations, and messaging are controlled from a unified setup.

No need to edit multiple templates—changes update everywhere automatically.

Headings, subcopy, and labels are fully editable through theme settings instead of code.

This allows the Impossibrew team to adjust pricing, add new bundles, or update messaging without developer involvement.
4. Structural Consistency & Page Framework
We also aligned the full page layout for long-term brand consistency:

Standardized the bottom sections of the Buy page, which previously varied across product types.

Established a unified design system for ingredients, reviews, FAQs, and educational content blocks.

Reduced layout fragmentation and ensured future scaling would be smooth and predictable.
