to help our clients maximize their email marketing strategies.

About Us

Thails is a Shopify Plus agency based in Amsterdam with a fully remote culture. We work with ambitious DTC brands internationally on migrations, shopify development, UX/UI design, automations and growth. After doubling our growth in 2025, we’re now looking for someone to lead and own the building of a more consistent outbound-driven pipeline.

Your role

  • You’ll own the top of our sales funnel: outbound, qualification, partnerships, and sales-supporting content.
  • You’ll work closely with the founder to bring in opportunities that fit our ICP.

What you’ll do

  • Run and iterate on cold email & LinkedIn outreach
  • Research target brands and personalize outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads (budget, scope, timing, fit)
  • Book discovery calls with the founder for qualified opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, well-structured pipeline
  • Build relationships with agency and tech partners
  • Turn real client work into practical sales assets (short case studies, follow-ups, outbound content)

This is not a traditional marketing role

Your content supports sales and outbound. You won’t be running brand campaigns, paid ads or complex funnels.

You’re a good fit if

  • You have B2B business development or outbound experience (agency, SaaS or services)
  • You’re comfortable with cold outreach and qualification
  • You communicate clearly, work autonomously and like ownership
  • You’re fluent in English

Not a fit if

  • You dislike sales or outbound
  • You need constant direction
